I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I booked wasn't ready until way later than promised, and the air conditioners vented into the lobby, making it unbearably hot. The service was downright rude, with slow and unreliable staff. The location was cluttered and in dire need of a deep cleaning. The limited dining options were a letdown too.
